Our Exclusive Open Heart Design is one of our Foundation Pieces,
with the Open Heart being incorporated into many Objects of Intimacy. This is the
Debut piece when the Open Heart was first introduced. The Sterling Silver Open
Heart is woven onto a 96" silver cable chain which can be wrapped around the body in
many sexy configurations, as shown in the photos above. Shown with a Peacock Feather tickler attached, but other
